Choosing Lenses

Choosing the right lens for you depends on your eyecare needs and personal lifestyle. Read on for some important factors while making your choice.

What are my prescription needs?

After your eye examination, the sales professionals at Pearle Vision can recommend lenses that will meet your prescriptive needs. Most prescriptions can be filled with our PearleTHIN Complete lenses.

How active is my lifestyle?

Whether you're sailing or skiing, playing racquetball or soccer, Pearle Vision experts will help you find the right lens for you! We have a great selection of scratch-resistant, UV-coated and impact resistant lenses made specifically for the active individual in mind.

What are my vision needs for the majority of my activities?

Do you need bifocals or multifocals? No-Line Progressives feature a multifocal with no lines for a more gradual transition between focal areas. It's more like single vision than standard bifocals.
Pearle Vision offers products that combine multiple functions in one pair of glasses, such as Transitions® lenses. Both provide excellent comfort indoors and out. All changeable lenses perform differently behind a car windshield since the windshield absorbs the UV light required to change a clear lens to a tint.

Will one pair of glasses suit all of my needs?

Depending on your lifestyle, level of activity and prescription needs, you may want or need an additional pair of corrective eyewear. Pearle Vision also provides sunglasses, reading glasses and sports.
