We were told to browse and someone would be over to help us shortly. Several clients left prior to us even choosing the frames we wanted, there were several seats available and no one ever approached us. We stood around for a good 15 minutes, walking in circles with our tray of frames. There was only one rep that was occupied with someone and everyone else who was available didnt offer to help us.\n\nWhen the rep, Anna, who was helping another client finished up, she immediately asked me if we were waiting on exams or if we were ready. I don't know if she could tell but I was ready to leave and not come back 🤷‍♀️ The 5 star review is in regard to Anna, not Pearle Vision 🙌\n\nAnna was absolutely amazing! She had the patience of a saint (mine was absolutely running out 🤣) and tonight she was there when we picked the kid's glasses up and her customer service was superb! Immediately upon us entering, she stood up and greeted us. Im pretty sure she remembered us as we were only there for the kiddos glasses since mine had already been picked up last week and she made a point to ask me if I had received news on if my frames were in yet! She made sure the kid's frames fit well and did the necessary adjustments! I had such a wonderful experience. I hadn't had an eye exam in over 10 years. I have been having issues with my eyes for quite some time, but kept putting off getting them checked out. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Sadie. She got me all checked in and walked me to the waiting area. Cassie then brought me back to a room for pre-testing. I was having a hard time keeping one of my eyes open for a portion of the test, but she was extremely patient with me. Through the entire pre-testing process, Cassie made conversation with me and even had me laughing. She was also explaining the purpose of each test in a way I could understand. After the pre-testing, Dr. Chabin brought me back to the exam room. I am not being exaggerative when I say she has the brightest smile and made me feel so comfortable. During the exam, she was asking me many questions about the issues I've been experiencing with my eyes. At the end of the exam, Dr. Chabin explained in depth detail (in a manner I could understand) what is going on with my eyes. She also explained how it causes the symptoms I was having, how the glasses lenses actually work, and how they will make it so I can see well again. Most definitely the best Optometrist I have ever had! Next, I was greeted by Kyle, who explained my best option for a glasses frame with the insurance I have. I tried on multiple frames and Kyle was honestly such a huge help. He was honest about how each frame looked, explained how important it is to select a pair that properly fit my face and the bridge of my nose. We chose my frame together, and I totally love it! When it came time to decide which lenses I wanted, Kyle was so knowledgeable, and perfectly described the difference and purpose of all the different lenses. There were so many options, but Kyle asked the perfect questions in order to get to know me a little better, and that ultimately helped choose which lenses were the best choice for ME. Kyle was able to get me ready to go pretty quickly! Shortly after I left, I was AMAZED to get a call letting me know that my glasses were ready to be picked up!! When I arrived to pick them up, Kyle was actually the one to help me out again. The frame was pretty tight around my ears, but Kyle adjusted them perfectly so they are comfortable to wear. My ENTIRE experience with Pearle Vision in Elk River was phenomenal. The whole staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. This year, unfortunately, they said, no. I even tryed my insurance. They said, I have to get pearle vision to authorize the return For this unaccurate, eye exam, so I went to a different place. I got a different prescription.\nAnd alsofound some other stuff with my eyes that this company did not tell me which is sad. They have the state-of-the-art. Technology, they say, I went to a place with drops, and they found out what was wrong. And now I have glasses that work well. And yes, during my eye exam, I told the person that was giving me the eye exam, and she said, so you want me to give you your wife's eyeglasses prescription? I said, no I just want a good. Eye exam. Very sad over just under a hundred dollars, they refused to help me. And last time I had a problem with this company.\nThey did not want to help me at first. I left a review and they asked me to change it which I did, and I should not have, and this time that will not happen. This can stay here. It's very sad.
