My wife and I went, her frames were wrong when glasses were ready. Asked them to correct the issue and received a $57 surprise charge afterwards. Went through four attempts to get my glasses made correctly. I still don't have a pair of glasses I can use, everything looks like a fishbowl and the lenses were never ordered correctly. Finally gave up! The prescription was correct, the employee tasked with measuring and ordering the lenses apparently can't do his job. If I hadn't gotten glasses elsewhere that works great I wouldn't have any idea Pearle Vision was so bad. Don't waste your time or money here. Staff was nice, optometrist was an older lady who seemed jaded & aloof. No big deal, but she never mentioned my slight astigmatism & I didn't ask. My biggest complaint is the glasses I got. Especially my prescription sunglasses which I practically live in. I did get the polarized lenses I paid for, but Not the scratch coat. Plastic is so soft, cheap. Spider web scratches all over & a couple deeper scratches just from them dropping. I never scrape them up. They're junk. I still have a prescription pair from 2011 that I wore for 12 yrs. Very hard, smooth lenses & no scratches!\nWore them every day.
