The front receptionist was great, but she was awful.she even gave me the wrong prescription, despite telling her I’d just keep the old one from before. She ask what it was, and I said it was here, and she still rolled her eyes and flipped her hair. She rushed me and was terrible. She really made me feel afraid. She should not be public facing if she doesn’t want to be. My experience with the store staff was extremely satisfactory. I ordered the first pair of progressive glasses. It came in very quickly. However after wearing it for two weeks, the glasses were too heavy and gave me a headache. I returned to the store to speak with Ty at the optical department. He told me that as long as it is within 30 days, I can choose to return or pick a new frame and pay the difference. I chose a titanium frame. Ty looked at the lens that was ordered before and recommended a polycarbonate lens to lessen the weight. Meanwhile, I needed the glasses within 10 days. He put a hot rush on my order, and I received it three days before I left town. Ty also adjusted the other pair of glasses that I brought with me to the store. He advised that I never make the adjustment by myself, just bring it to the store, and he will do it. The whole time, I did not feel pressured to buy any products. Ty was more than helpful and willing to lend a hand. This is the first time I have shop at Pearl Vision.
