I had a simple eye exam and somehow they tried to charge me for a diabetic work up which I didn't get or need. I explained that to them twice I think they thought I wouldn't notice or that I didn't know what diabetic work up entails. Also I felt really bad for this elderly lady who was in there who clearly needed help and there was no one to help her. The staff didn't feel professional. The guy up front clearly had better things to do. Their retail/customer service side has much to be desired. When I ordered glasses i was told it would take 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called for status on my glasses and apparently they've been there for 2 weeks. I guess my spam blocker blocked their text so fine, out of their control, but good god, if glasses are sitting around for over a week, why not make a second attempt to contact the customer? Second, I've been trying to get a copy of my prescription and between them not returning my voicemail or not following through on sending my prescription after speaking to an associate that they'd send it over, it's been frustrating to say the least. I called and left another voicemail but will have to plan time out of my day to go and pick it up myself.
