Proceeded to tell me my insurance wasn't covered by Costco (it is), then balked when I said I needed to wait for my husband (as he wanted to be there to see our girls first glasses be picked out). She then said but your insurance is good so all these would be covered. I said I still need to wait for my husband. He was meeting us after the appointment to watch them pick out frames. But we did not return to purchase based off her behavior alone.\n\nMy choice to wait was none of her business. My plan for the day to include Costco was none of her business. The girls in the front are very nice and attentive. Scheduling an exam is so easy and they let you fill the papers at home so I don’t feel the need to rush in the office. The girl who is in the front and does the pre-testing is very sweet and is wonderful with my kiddos who were a bit nervous for their eye appointment. The girl who we bought our family’s glasses helped us find glasses that were best suited to us and all our needs. Dr. Lopez was also very kind and patient. So, I was surprised to see so many one or two star reviews for this place because our own experience was absolutely phenomenal. The only thing I can think of that maybe people don't understand their own insurance or plans, and tend to misrepresent themselves. So when a business runs the insurance card or checks the plans for coverage that's when they're disappointed. Either way, I can say with confidence that I am now a regular customer add this place. Why after 3 pictures of my insurance cards would that not be known to start with? Selection of glasses is very high end so if you only want to pick from exclusive brand names this is your place. They wanted $379 for frames after our \"insurance\". We took our prescription and will order our \"free\" frames from somewhere else. Also bathroom was disgusting. Lastly, the amount of text messages and emails from them regarding your appointment is extremely excessive. Almost a daily reminder even after you confirm appointment.
