As soon as I walked in they approached and offered help or time. At first I took the time so I could look around and see what the selection looked like. Their selection was vast enough to satisfy any discerning client. I could not recommend this place any more emphatically. They were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They took time to explain things and offered suggestions on how to get the most out of my new prescription and my beautiful new frames. My order was ready within days and when I went to pick it up, it was another terrific experience. The kind of personal attention I received at Pearle vision is something I have not experienced much of in the last handful of years, so it was a lovely surprise. What’s even better is that I went to a place that I frequented for my previous vision needs and I was treated so dismissively there that I took my business elsewhere. Had I not had that negative experience to begin with I never would’ve found this gem of a place. If you’re ever in need of vision care or new glasses, I recommend checking them out. Pearle vision frames start at $200, and then the lenses would be an additional $200 or so for basic single correction. No thanks. A side note, the Dr was pretty wacky.
