It took a long time for him to put the contact back in, they were all so sweet at trying to show him different ways. He eventually got it, but I was so thankful for their patience with him throughout the process. My husband and I have been going to Pearl Vision for a few years and have never had a bad experience. I did break them where the soldering was off, according the front desk women, so they recommended to go to a jewelry store. I went to one and called 3 others and nobody does that instore.\n\nFront desk didn't offer any other solutions, I had to ask if they could give me a temporary fix because they didn't offer it. They fixed it horribly where on the drive back my lens fell out and almost wreak different times on the way back. Came back frustrated and upset that they were even more messed up.\n\nFront desk women again didn't offer any other solutions like (I had to ask again) if I could buy new frames using my insurance and my money. They said that that wouldn't be possible.\n\nShe redid her \"fix\" on them and gave them back with no apology and rude attitude. Front desk needs to be fired and train new employees to offer up solutions better, fix attitudes, and learn to sell the store's products.\n\nABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!! When I noticed it had changed when I received a message about it I called asked for it to be changed to the upcoming Friday. Then they changed it to a Friday the following week from when I scheduled. I showed up that Friday they changed it to and they just said the doctor left because he was sick. A waste of time waiting for them to keep an appointment. Only reason for the review is how rude the two receptionist where when I walked in. They even tried telling me I didn't have an appointment with them. Then all of a sudden \"the doctor got sick\" which leads me to believe that was untrue\n\nAdding after pearle visions reply:\nMy appointment was for 1:45pm I arrived at 1:25pm so don't tell me i was not there at an \"appropriate\" time. Also I definitely didn't have an appointment for a family member I didn't show up for. Probably one of the nicest group of people I have ever experienced when getting my eyes checked and looking for new frames. And I’ve done this process practically all of my 50+ years of life. I get grumpy having to drive 45 minutes to get there, but when I arrive, I’m always glad I did. Before picking Pearle Vision in Dalton, I personally went inside and looked at a couple other optometrists much closer to where I live. Yet, this team at this location is worth the drive.\n\n2 YEAR UPDATE\n\nHands down, the WORSE glasses I ever put on my head. And for some reason I thought I might go back and get checked up because I needed NEW ones and my eye had suddenly severe floaters. They could only book me in a week later. (Something I seemed to always have an issue with…making appointments,)\nSo I went to someone who is now My EYE Dr and will never go back. My NEW eye Dr said I had a torn retna in the back of my eye and sent me to an emergency surgery. I got my eyes checked, fixed, and a new pair in LESS than a week. I saw the people in both businesses. An appointment in over a weeks time is ridiculous and lazy. I mean, I never went to school doing this…but I’ve worn glasses for 50 years. I remember customer service dealing with my crazy strong stigmatism. And if you have stigmatism too, you get what I’m saying.\n\nLooking back, maybe I was just happy to get new glasses hence the compliments. But those glasses that I paid for were off with the focal point (which they tried to adjust twice..:I doubt they ever left the building) and the coating came off in no time! This place WAY too commercial.
