I initially went in to get some glasses possibly fixed immediately the customer service was surprisingly exceptional and one of the female opticians Alvin something don’t remember the spelling (no business card available) was so helpful and delightful she’s the reason I came back the next day for the exam. She helped me select proper glasses for the shape of my face. I found two great pairs of Burberry frames. Dr. Jacob DeWeese was also fantastic, friendly, funny and helpful. Overall experience outstanding all the staff I encountered from the lady who conducted the testing before seeing the doctor was patient and professional and personable. I’m now a customer of Pearle Vision even if I have to drive up from Florida for my yearly exam. I can’t wait to get my prescription filled in new frames and I haven’t liked glasses in a long time.
