The staff are rude and you get the idea that you are imposing on them. My optometrist (Asian; do not remember name that’s the way she could be identified) was horrible, rude, made me feel uneasy and did not thoroughly explain to me what she was doing and what most of the eye exam entailed. Another staff (the lady with the Raven Symone asymmetrical hairstyle; yes I am confused by it as well) was also rude and short with me. The staff needs to be revamped or needs to receive some intense refresher training on appropriate customer service, it’s horrific service. I was seen fairly on time (I think they were about ten minutes behind, which isn't egregious in my book), and the eye doctor I saw was lovely. She took the time to really make sure she got an accurate prescription for me, and was patient and understanding when I asked her to repeat things or go back and let me see \"One? Or Two?\" again.\n\nThe staff were courteous, if a bit rushed. I could tell they had lots to do, but they still took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and to help me understand the next steps after my appointment.\n\nLong story short, it's a shame I'm moving out of state this year, because I'd definitely go back to this location. I called after 2 1/2 weeks and was told that they had the lenses and were waiting on the frame. I called two weeks after that and was told that they had the frame, but was waiting on the lenses. It didn’t that long when I initially purchased the glasses. So I really don’t know why it took so long to have them replaced.
