After we got there for our visit they told me they needed our social security card A&B card.When I said that I didn’t have them they said that I may be responsible for additional charges. When I said nobody told me I needed to bring them they said to go home and bring them back otherwise I could be responsible for more charges. The lady was rude and no one else stood up and said let’s try to work this out. After about 20 minutes we got up and walked out.All they had to do was say please bring them with you on your visit.
