I asked for an exchange not for a refund. you know I'm not trying to get back money. I just wanted a different brand of contacts because they're more comfortable to wear and they refuse to do the exchange not even as like a one time courtesy blaming it on not having that the boxes were opened so I couldn't return them. Doesn't really give me good faith for a place that I go to to trust with my eyes. It's unfortunate especially that they don't have a sign placed anywhere no exchanges or anything in their offices. Besides her bad attitude, if you don't want to work with people, stay home. Your license should be revoked. As a doctor, you have no professionalism or ethics.
