The doctor was honest and thoughtful, letting me know I did not need another exam because my previous prescription was still available and directed me to call my other doctors office to get the prescription, which saved me time, money, and effort. The front desk team was amazing as well. They took the time to explain my insurance coverage, helped with my measurements, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Even though I drove a bit to get there, they went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and made me feel very well taken care of. This was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had for glasses or eye care. The Somerville location has a truly wonderful team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A+

She was incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to fix my Silhouette frames. I had been struggling with these glasses ever since I purchased them at a different location over a year ago. I visited the optical shop inside Stop & Shop to check out frames and pricing. Even though I didn’t end up buying anything, Jessyca was very welcoming and took the time to explain options and answer my questions. I appreciated that she didn’t pressure me to purchase. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a nice selection of frames. I’d definitely come back when I’m ready to buy.
