I was pretty annoyed to say the least because I specifically remember asking the man to order them in black. The lady said she didn’t even know if they came in black and I was like yeah…. they do.\n\nSo i’ve had the wrong glasses since September 9th and AGAIN, no call….just radio silent. I called last week from my phone and it rang till i got the voicemail. Then I called from my cousins phone a minute later and it was answered right away. I asked her if they’re ready for me to pickup yet and she said that they haven’t even been delivered and they haven’t heard anything about it. I was super frustrated this time because why has nobody remedied this yet? I should not have to feel as a customer (i have never had to use the “i am a customer” card but man cmon) that I am harassing you to get my glasses… like seriously?\n\nAgain, it had been close to a month with nobody trying to get ahold of me so I called and got the owner. She told me that “they didn’t have information on the package and she’ll call and put a rush on it and they should be there next tuesday” and I said okay. They were not there till Wednesday and when they called me, I was out of town. I was waiting for my correct pair of frames for 2 months and a day which is so crazy cause i picked them out while it was still summer.\n\nThe time it took me to get my frames is the same amount of time from now to New years if that puts it into perspective more. That is not okay. It is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Also rude to be completely honest. I have had glasses my entire life and have been to many pearle vision’s and have NEVER had service that was this bad. If i could give 0 stars I would. I explain that I still have HSA, and have credit cards and cash. When I walked in today for my appointment, again the concern is payment, stating that my insurance doesn’t cover an eye exam.\n\nMy insurance card specifically states “vision” on the front; my insurance schedule of benefits covers an annual eye exam that I verified before my appointment. Photo attached for proof.\n\nIf you are more concerned with payment before services are even rendered, then require pre-payment instead. I’m not doing business with anyone who acts like I’m a delinquent of any kind without reason. The front desk lady clearly hates Muslims and immigrants. We love coming here and the doctors are the best but if we are treated low from the moment we walk in by a karen at the front desk we will not continue coming here.
