I understand that can happen, but then once they found him in the system, they told me his glasses had been ready for a week, then the man I spoke with told me they called me a week ago to come pick up his glasses. They went on to say they left me a message, they absolutely did not.\n\nWhen we walked in to pick the glasses up, they acted like they were having to busiest day ever. They do this every time I've gone in there, as if the customer is an inconvenience. Anyway, they told us to have a seat, that they'd be with us as soon as they can, but we didn't see any open chairs, so my mentally challenged son went to sit at one of the desks. They were extremely rude to him and acted like it would have been the end of the world if he sat there and told him he could not. I then grabbed a chair that was kind of hidden in a nook because I didnt see any place else to sit. Instead of simply pointing out the two remaining open chairs towards the back of the store which we didn't see, the rude woman there got up and grabbed the chair and told me I couldn't sit there either, that that chair was in storage. I told her there was no where else to sit. That's when she pointed out the only two open chairs at the back of the store. They could have just done that in the first place.\n\nA couple minutes later they called us up to one of the desks, to a chair that incidentally remained empty the whole time we were there until we sat down. It was ridiculous.\n\nI get that they have their protocol and reasons for doing things a certain way but they're so rude about it.\n\nI have had bad experiences with staff every time I've gone in there, and the only reason I haven't stopped going there is because Doctor Meyer is really good, but it's kind of not worth it.
