Very personable and professional-the staff, not so much. One staff member was rude on multiple occasions. We ordered contacts through Pearl Vision. Because of the holiday weekend\nit was taking a little longer to get delivered, so I went into the location to ask for another box of trial contacts so my daughter would be able to see while we wait for the delivery. The girl refused to give an extra box saying that we would have to wait until the contacts we ordered through them were delivered!! This honestly is the worst customer service! I was simply asking for a few extra pairs of free trial contacts so my daughter could see until ours arrived in the mail.
