However, I had purchased glasses in the past from Costco as well as Lens Crafters, and I have to say the customer service at both those merchants is so far above and beyond anything I have seen at Pearl Vision. I even had an instance where the nose pad had fallen off on a pair of glasses that I did not even purchase at Lens Crafters, where the customer service rep provided me with a new one and wouldn't even accept payment. Right after I left Pearl Vision, I drove to Lens Crafters and ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from them. I had intended to purchase those sunglasses at Pearl Vision but after the relatively inferior customer service I did not.\n\nYou don't realize it until you need it, but that unconditional customer service provided by Lens Crafters and Costco is invaluable. You can purchase your glasses with confidence at these merchants because you know that whatever may go wrong they will stand behind their product and please you.
