Our technician Hailey was nice, fast, and thorough with the medical equipment and helping us feel comfortable. The doctor was pleasant and explained as she went along. She went over our test results and her concerns and gave us recommendations. Everyone was very pleasant, took time to explain the findings, and assisted us with getting new frames and lenses. Many designer frames to choose from. No sales pressure, just friendly service. Today (literally just a few minutes ago) I showed up with my kids for their three appointments, and the staff members were trying to force me to be separated from my kids, trying to take them into different rooms. We’ve been here several times before and they’ve never made us do that. I raised concerns about this, but the woman at the front counter doubled down on the fact that they NEEDED to do it this way, otherwise she said our appointments would essentially be disregarded and we would be treated as walk-in’s, and we’d go from taking an hour to taking three hours to conclude our appointments. I’ve never heard of a doctor’s office intentionally trying to separate children from their parents.
