Then, after all of that, the wrong prescription was put into the glasses.\n\nWhen this mistake was discovered, I was assured that a rush would be placed on the correction because I was leaving for a seven-day vacation and needed a backup pair of glasses. Today, when I called for an update, I spoke with Jennifer, who was completely unempathetic and dismissive of the situation. She casually told me a manager would call me on Monday, despite me explaining multiple times that I am leaving Sunday morning for vacation.\n\nThe lack of urgency, concern, and basic customer service is beyond frustrating. At this point, after multiple mistakes and poor handling of the situation, I want my money refunded.
