Pearle Vision clearly doesn’t care about its customers having access to the proper information. The only way to know that the Windmill location is closed on Sunday and Monday is to either 1) call them OR 2) physically show up and look at the posted hours on their door. Ridiculous business practices. When I initially called Pearl Vision, I was told that I would either have to wait 3–4 months for new frames to possibly arrive or pay out of pocket for new ones, provided my lenses fit.\n\nThankfully, my mom brought my broken glasses into the store, and that’s when Glen truly went above and beyond. He kindly and efficiently repaired my frames, and to my surprise and gratitude, Glen also informed us that Pearl Vision offers a one-time frame repair at no cost, which he honored without hesitation.\n\nUnfortunately, I witnessed a disappointing moment\nwhen Glen’s manager seemed to reprimand him for extending this courtesy even though he was simply following company policy and providing excellent customer service. The people who help you with the glasses are nice and Glenn, specifically, is good at choosing which frames look good on you and your face shape. The prices are high and that's why it doesn't surprise me when one of the staff mentioned that customers usually go to Costco to get their frames. With insurance for an exam with contacts and glasses purchase, it was over $800. Also, everytime I come here, I always pay in full and they always call back with a balance stating they forgot to charge me for something, etc. Last year, they forgot to give me my rebate and I only found out from another staff that they're supposed to give you that paperwork so I had to remind them this year since they forgot it again.\nBut when I forgot my coupon and tried to use it when I came to pick up my frames, they wouldn't acknowledge it because the balance I owed was for an amount they forgot to charge me on the contacts and doesn't apply to my frames. I questioned, what if I only paid in half in the beginning and I'm here to pick up my frames and pay my balance, can't you apply this coupon...no. Little things like this go a long way and customers will remember this. So, next year, I may have to take my business elsewhere. People will remember their experience, this is why my husband refuses to come back here.\n\nSo far so good for our first time to come here.
