They had already processed the claim which they said they could not undo, but they did discount $105 for the blue light (why not the $120?) which apparently I shouldn’t have been charged. I felt stuck because they said they wouldn’t refund me, even though they never said that at the outset.\n\nThe kicker was that when we went to pick up over a week later, they had ordered the WRONG frames!!! And at that point I asked again to be refunded, that this was their mistake and that I am no longer interested. I rearranged my day to get there early, and the doctor didn’t end up seeing me until 30 minutes after my scheduled time, so I had to wait an hour. The overall appointment was slow and I felt like the employees were not really paying attention to me or giving me updates. At the end of the appointment I ordered contacts lenses for the year which cost over $1000. They told me that I should get them delivered to the store otherwise it could take weeks for them to arrive to my house, which I agreed to. Fast forward and it has been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my contacts. I’ve had to call the office multiple times to check on my order and each time they say they should be here in a few days. Still nothing. I totally regret going here; I wish I would’ve gotten my prescription elsewhere and ordered them on my own so I would at least be able to track the order.
