I waited 15 minutes, only to watch another customer who arrived after me get help before me. Jim, a staff member I’ve had repeated issues with, told me only a doctor could fit my glasses — then also said I wasn’t allowed to make an appointment with the doctor. It was a dead end, and it seems Jim just doesn’t want to do his job. I’ve also overheard him making inappropriate political remarks in the store, which is unprofessional and uncomfortable.\n\nBecause of all this, my husband and I have decided to take our vision care elsewhere. We’ve requested our prescriptions and records to transfer to a new provider. All the testing they kept getting mad at me. I felt so uneasy. They never told me I had to pay until after the appointment. I felt corneter and uneasy the whole time. He said to tell them up front and they refused to give it to me unless I bought their glasses which were unreasonably priced. When I pushed for the PD with one employee another employee was mutter to another and giving me a dirty look. Pupil distance is apart of the exam you pay for. I also scheduled the $100 exam without pictures of the back of my eyes and without my knowledge did the more expensive exam though one employee told the man to do it for what I had scheduled. I ended up going over to eye doctor in Walmart and got frames and lenses for the price of the cheapest pair of frames from Pearle.
