The attitude of the lady we encountered at the store was deplorable. She said she had to leave at 6:00, and needed to start closing up before then. She started with what time she had to leave and then went on with an attitude about the type of insurance we have, how weekend walk-ins all tend to have that insurance, and how it takes longer to process. We looked at glasses for about a minute trying to salvage the moment and left bc we felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Also, sidenote, they don't have any fun frames for littles, just different colors.
