I brought it up twice and clearly explained that I wanted to order a cheap backup pair of glasses online for hiking, travel, and everyday use. I tend to misplace glasses often, and at the time of my visit, I had lost all three pairs along with my sunglasses. I was told they could provide the PD if I was purchasing glasses, which I was. I spent nearly $600 that day.\n\nBecause my eyes had been dilated, I could not read the paperwork when I left. I assumed the PD would be included with the rest of the documentation, but it was not. The staff member I worked with never offered it or circled back to make sure I had everything I needed. This was especially frustrating because I asked more than once and explained my reasons clearly.\n\nWhat made the experience more disappointing is that my husband, who was helped by a different employee, had a much better interaction. She was helpful, understanding, and had no issue providing information. The inconsistency in service stood out.\n\nAltogether, we spent over $1,000 that day between both of our full eye exams and glasses. I am disheartened that even after that level of business, they still were not willing to provide my PD so I could get a cheap pair of glasses elsewhere. My eye insurance will pay $550 total for 1 pair of glasses for me each year. I went here only because it was listed as in network provider. I then found a pair of $75 frames thinking that surely I could get everything that I wanted and yet I still couldn't get transition lenses! I could only get my Rx & UV400 & scratch resistance which only came to $263 still leaving $287!! I'm astonished to see that with that bal I still couldn't have transition!! I went in & canceled the order today and the rep canceled everything for me and said good luck finding glasses! Never 1 time did she even offer to make things right for me with the additional $287 available!! I will NEVER come back and I will tell ALL of my glass wearing friends to not shop there either!! Horrible experience and absolutely no regard to my wants, needs or insurance payments still available!!! I'm definitely taking my business where I will be able to get exactly what I want and need and most likely won't have to purchase cheap frames either! The only reason I rated the location 3 stars is because I’ve had problems with my prescription. At my initial appointment everything was great and I mentioned to them that I was nervous because a previous place had made my prescription way to strong and it was throwing off my vision. Well I completed my appointment with no problem and when I picked up my glasses my right lens was off by just by a little bit and I compared it to my left Lens being high definition and my right lens being standard definition and it seemed like I was seeing as if some one had smudged my lens. Well I still took their advice and wore the glasses so that my eyes could get adapted but something was just not right. So I wore the glasses for 48 hours and my eyes were not adapting and I knew something was just off. I took my glasses back and she adjusted them and I told her I would try again. I did but the focus was still off by a little so I asked her if it would just be beneficial for me to schedule an exam which I was scheduled for a few days later. The Doctor told me that my in my initial visit the Rx was a little weaker. So he made it stronger. I went and picked my glasses up the second time and they indeed were cleared but I was having one of the same issues which is everything looks a tad blurry when I look out my peripheral. Which I noticed when I tried driving looking out of my side mirrors. I informed them before leaving the office and I was again told that my eyes had to get adjusted and that the Rx was exactly the same as my previous pair. Well I took the glasses and wore them for a few days and they are still giving me the same problem. Here’s the difference, I have an astigmatism that’s in my right lens which I feel could be throwing the peripheral vision off and it’s bothering me, other wise my glasses are perfect. Now, I was given a few options but none of them suffice for me. I could either wait for the manager to talk to the Doctor to see what she would like to do or I can return the glasses. Well it sucks because my eye vision only really allows me to go to Pearl Vision and my suggestion was to see about having a 3rd eye exam and maybe taking the astigmatism out because I seen perfect in my previous pair without them which is the same Rx that Pearl stated I had. I just feel like I’m bothering them and they are going to tell me to just return the glasses but I literally spent 350.00 on a pair of glasses that I’m not happy with and now might have to pay for another eye exam when my insurance has already covered the visit. So yes I’m a bit frustrated when I’m just trying to get the issue resolved and I’m reporting the problem to the eye Doctor but being told that well there’s nothing we can do for you. Well if the Rx is the same from the previous year and the paid you all have given me why am I seeing different out of my peripheral. It’s just super frustrating and I’m not here to bash anyone because as I stated they have greasy customer service. We found out when we came back to pick up the frames, but then it was too late. The glasses we bought didn't fit well at all, and the glasses were cut for the eyes to sit in the middle of the lens, but her eye sat at the top, so it was always out of focus. The frames didn't have any sort of grip on her nose, so they pretty much slid off to where her eyes weren't even behind the lenses. she wore those glasses twice before switching to her old ones.
