I was compelled however after my appointment this afternoon. Brought my 5 year old daughter with me and I expected a staff that “tolerates” I get at most appointments most of the time. The team at this location was amazing. They did a great job with my eye exam but they were absolutely FANTASTIC with my daughter. First, I can’t say enough wonderful things about a young lady named Isabella that works there. She treated my daughter like a little sister. Made every second of the appointment fun for her. Keep in mind my daughter is “high energy” and constantly moves, talks and would climb the walls if she could. Isabella engaged her at her level. She spoke and played and explained things to her and even helped me keep her behavior in line when I was doing the exams without being the least bit negative. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. My daughter and I did not interact with the rest of the staff as much as Isabella but I can tell you when we did each one was equally as kind ingratiating, upbeat and helpful. If you have children take them here if the appointment is for them or yourself. Kudos to this team, this location and whoever was responsible for putting them together so my daughter and I could have this experience this afternoon. Went to order a replacement pair of lenses from them in the summer to address the problem before they fully cracked. Nearly 6 months later and I still haven't gotten my replacement lenses. This is after it took a month to get a separate pair of prescription sunglasses only for them to break within a week of me getting them. Every time I call them, they say the lenses are \"processing\" and that they'll contact me shortly. Still havent had them attempt to contact me without me calling them first! Don't waste your time or your money, in my experience they'll take both and ignore you as much as they can.\n\nEdit: 14 months, at least 2 managers, and at least one location change later, I received my lenses. Apparently you can get a lot done while you wait on service from them.
