After going to the store that day, they were done within an hour. Now am explaining to her the frustration and she tell me the order was rushed because the girl who originally did the order ( who’s name is Brittney) forgot to submit the order and on top of it put the wrong prescription number for the lenses. Not just did our insurance paid a hefty part but we also paid extra money over $200 for the frames that were picked. No manager on site but the lady told me that after the mistake made by Brittney all she could do was rush it again and have the manager deal with the order. I find the lack of accountability offensive and no responsibility nor did anyone tried to compensate in any kind of way. School is about to start and my son is dealing with broken glasses because he should of gotten them weeks ago and i still have yet to receive a call with a apology or a update on the order. Everyone at Pearle Vision does not treat me as “just another costumer,” but instead make me feel like I’m part of the family.
