They waited 2 more days before responding to tell me the order has already been started and therefore, they cannot cancel and will not offer a refund. Eye didn’t feel better after and I started having floaters, called multiple times with no answer or called back. Finally got ahold of them and was scheduled a week out for an appt. During this time picked up new glasses, after two weeks with glasses still having motion sickness and nausea, and still had eye pain.Went in was prescribed presidone drops again 4 times a day for 14 days and glasses were taken to be remade, was told the floaters could be because of the age of my eyes. By this point I went and got a second opinion, turns out presidone raises eye pressure and can be very dangerous and should be monitored closely. High eye pressure ignored leads to floaters (floaters don’t ever go away) as well as due to the overuse of steroid eye drops I now have dry eye which sounds uncomfortable but is actually Very difficult to live with and I will now have for the rest of my life. Luckily, they make prescription eye drops for dry eye, but it is $600-$900 a month.\nWhen I went and picked up my glasses for the second time, I tried them out for two weeks and everything was slightly blurry, and I wasn’t seeing clearly, and when I looked at my prescription, I realized that the astigmatism was completely taken off my glasses. Saw people come in after us be seen and leave before we were even done with the doc.
