I ordered my glasses and contacts from Pearle vision , forget about the delay to get them ready and lack of follow up. The worst thing was for my contact lenses, they made a mistake by ordering contacts for me without astigmatism while my prescription says I have astigmatism in both eyes and i have been wearing glasses and contacts with astigmatism for the past 20 years !!!! When i called to inform them about that , the clerk there told me that the doctor told him that I accepted to get them without astigatism because for some unknown reasons the supplier cannot make them with astigmatism !!!!! I would give them no star if possible. We visited their store for prescription sunglasses, and the young girl showed us 3 pairs and gave us cost estimates for lenses. We liked the Jimmy Choo, but they sell it for $600 while the price is only $475 on Jimmy Choo official website. So we bought it from somewhere else and returned to their store for the lenses. Guess what? The young girl checked with the lab, and then told us that she made a mistake: the Jimmy Choo sunglasses she showed us cannot be used for prescription lenses! By that time, the return period was already over, and thus we cannot return the $475 sunglasses anymore. What is really upsetting is that the young girl was not apologetic at all. Instead, she was acting like she did us a huge favor by saying:\"It is great that I checked with the lab. Otherwise you would end up with no lenses and broken sunglasses. At least now you still have the sunglasses.\" What? Throughout the entire conversation with her, I did not hear a single word of \"Sorry\" or \"Apology\". Instead, she appeared so arrogant and she could not care less how her mistake cost us $475. At the time I visited, all 4 employees were there: the young girl, the older lady, and 2 others. However, none of the other 3 employees stepped up and apologized. None of the other 3 employees made any attempt to find a solution. All the other 3 employees were completely silent and just sat there looking into the space, like this has nothing to do with them and they cannot wait for us to leave. I arrived - literally - within 2 minutes of his departure - and the receptionists told me the doctor would not see me. They didn't try to help reschedule or do anything to help the situation. I asked why they didn't tell my husband that my appointment would be canceled, so that I would know not to even bother coming in, but they offered no explanation, no sympathy, and, ultimately, no help to reschedule or find a different appointment for me.\n\nMy business and that of my family obviously mean nothing to this company.
