The only flaw was the tech. The woman who was in the front checking in and doing the eye vitals. If she wants me to move my head, I’ll move it but please don’t be aggressive and grab my head. Also, let her know it’s normal for customers to ask how long the wait will be and don’t give any attitude. She told me 40 minutes when I got called back in 10 minutes which was great but she needs to work on the customer service a little bit.
