I had suffered with the glasses for a few months then couldn’t take it anymore and went into Pearl for another eye exam. When I told Kathy what happened she got on the phone with the store and had them correct this issue for me even tho I had went with another company. They corrected my glasses for free but I still liked the ones at Pearl so I came back in today and she remembered me. She went above and beyond to assist me with my new glasses. Also, let her know it’s normal for customers to ask how long the wait will be and don’t give any attitude. She told me 40 minutes when I got called back in 10 minutes which was great but she needs to work on the customer service a little bit.
