I had an eye problem with my right eye being red because the contacts I had ordered online on my own caused too much strain,, I didn't wear them too long per day even though the doctor thought so, their was just something wrong or different with the thickness with those ones I ordered and I was too stubborn waiting so long to do something about it untill I came back here to pearl,. When I told Kathy what happened she got on the phone with the store and had them correct this issue for me even tho I had went with another company. They corrected my glasses for free but I still liked the ones at Pearl so I came back in today and she remembered me. She went above and beyond to assist me with my new glasses.
