As I reached the door, he(rob or ron) said \"Oh, i know who you are now\" I replied, you knew the whole time.\nThis last time, I ordered my contacts 10/24/22 they immediately took $278.00 out of my account, BUT, it's now going on 11/14/22 AND I still did not receive them.\nOne lady said they weren't ordered till 11/1/22, with no $8.00 shipping charge. Today, I was told first that the lenses were there 11/1/22 and that there is a shipping charge of $8.00, then he called back and said they had the wrong name(again!) And that they wouldn't be in for another week, and that they would wave the $8.00 charge.\nThey definitely need to get their act and communication together. THEE ONLY good thing there is Dr. Burkehart. Hats off to his skills for getting me the right eye prescription, AND correcting the one that the lady dr. Messed up. If I ever get my contacts from them.
