I have worn glasses all my life and have never paid $400+ for lenses despite having all the add ons on my current pair. The Dr was nice and I enjoyed her but the office staff wasn't nearly as helpful or considerate as a medical staff should be especially when asking for half a thousand dollars. I did this just a few days before leaving for vacation. I spoke with Kristle over the phone and she said come in and we’ll find a solution. She first tried to repair the bridge where they had snapped, no luck 😱. She then offered to cut the lens’s I had to fit a frame provided the frame was similar or smaller in size. I told her that I was going to buy 2 pairs so I would have a backup pair going forward. She then offered to put a distance lens in one frame and a reading lens in the other that she had there at the store. This way I could choose the frames I wanted going forward, thus eliminating the unnecessary purchase of a frame that I would have bought, “just to get by.” Service, in my opinion, above and beyond. Then, Ashley worked with me to find the best way to use my insurance, the store discount and a special offer that was applicable in the manner that offered me the most economical results. Imagine how well they do with a traditional purchase.\nThank you Kristle and Ashley.
