The computers were down so I waited 45 minutes for the gal to process my insurance and trial pair. I left frustrated and realized after I got home she never gave me my RX, only my recipet. I figured I'd ask for it when I went in to pick up the trial contacts. It's now been 3 weeks and the trials have not come in. I wanted to order contacts online and needed my prescription. I called and asked if they could email it to me and the gal said \"ha! We'll try but it doesn't usually work\" (they had emailed me my old RX a month prior). I never received an email. I went back into the store and got a paper copy. I scanned it and submitted it with my online order. The online supplier said they have been trying to contact the Dr. to verify the RX and haven't been able to get ahold of them. Weird!!!
