The optician Dr. Nguyen was very patient, caring thorough and polite, and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I was also very pleased with the kind personable service of the optical store assistant, a wonderful caring pleasant woman, who made me feel welcome. I am sorry but I do not currently remember her name but she was wonderful. I was also very impressed with the friendly and very knowledgeable service and assistance from the store Market Manager Jamezz McKinney, who helped me pick out new frames to go with my new prescription, and was able to advise me on what my insurance covered, so I could get an affordable co-price total for my lenses and frames. He was very personable and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience at this Pearle Vision store, located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This was a very much improved experience from the one I had last time, two years ago, in 2023, when I just felt ok about the service and was very displeased with the constant upsell push from staff and the very high pricing to get prescription lenses done, at that time.
