I wanted to leave this review because I will genuinely be recommending this business to everyone I know. Every single employee, from the Market Manager all the way down to the medical assistant, was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Mr. Jameezz especially went above and beyond to make sure I was finally able to get glasses again after almost three years without them. He was patient, professional, and truly cared about helping me every step of the way. Every visit I’ve had here has been a great experience, and every person I interacted with made me feel valued, heard, and taken care of. I honestly can’t thank this team enough for everything they’ve done for me and for making this process so smooth and reassuring. Businesses with employees like this are hard to find nowadays, and it absolutely deserves recognition.

The whole staff was absolutely amazing! Walked me through the aging changes of my eyesight. Spent sometime discussing The Word with the young man whi helped get my new glasses ordered. It was overall a great experience!

I had a very enjoyable visit to have my eyes checked . My wait time was very short, customer service was pleasant. Everyone explained things patiently so I could understand, and so helpful finding the perfect glasses! I would definitely recommend this office to my grown children and anyone looking for an eye doctor!

My first pair of prescription glasses. Greeted with a smile and the process after maintained a friendly and pleasant atmosphere even through a very busy day. Staff answered my questions and were helpful selecting my glasses. Can’t wait to get them, excited to read again. LOL

Great staff! Very knowledgeable, they were helpful in every way and extremely friendly. The optometrist assistant was a delight, she made me laugh and feel at ease during my appointment. The guys working in the front were a hoot and helped me pick out a perfect pair of glasses without feeling rushed. Top notch customer service!

My wife and I each, had great experiences at Pearl Vision on PCB Hwy. Erin and Tory were AWESOME and Dr Holcomb was very personable and thorough.

Richard was amazing to work with. From the beginning, he was easy to talk with and explained the process with insurance. My glasses arrived earlier than expected although they had a scratch in the lens. Richard worked diligently to order another set of lenses. When they arrived, he swapped them out and had me out the door in minutes! Amazing individual to work with.

From start to finish, each associate I interacted with was professional, attentive, and provided exceptional service. The technical, whose name I failed to get, did the initial tests, listened to my current issues, and assured me they would help solve my problems. The doctor took the time to listen to my eye issues and my desire to go back to contacts and only use my glasses as a backup. She did a thorough examination and fitted me with contacts on the spot. She made sure I could see clearly given my occupation. Richard Harris is the associate who helped coordinate my insurance benefits, pick out new frames, and finalize my visit. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in helping me use my insurance for maximum coverage. Without hesitation, I would recommend this business for all one’s eye care needs.
