The whole process was wonderful. Easy friendly check-in. Minimal waiting for the doctor. Pre-doctor check was good. The techs were great. They explained everything before they started. The staff are very friendly, lovely and kind. They always keep the loop of communication and make easier for time management and decision taking. Nothing but wonderful things to say about the whole process- from doctor check to picking up my glasses. Was great environment to be in. Highly recommended!

This was an absolute dream of an experience! I have put off ordering new glasses for years & exhausted the life expectancy of my contacts because I absolutely CANNOT stand my glasses. I finally gave in and gave Erin & Dr Ben a try, & I am kicking myself for not doing it earlier. Their level of customer service was something I have never received before in any store. They each took time to listen to myself & each of my family members. They shared their thoughts and suggestions back with support from our scans and tests. They explained everything to us & never hesitated to share some educational information with us. It was by far the most in depth appointment I have ever received & learned more about my eyes & the issues I have & created a corrective plan moving forward. As per my family, my little guy received his first pair of glasses & the process left him excited to get his new hardware! Thank you Dr Ben and Erin for taking such GREAT care of us! Pearle Vision is the most trusted and professional brand in my opinion. I have been with them since 2011! I go to their store wherever I live and got two pairs (one prescription and one sunglasses) glasses every two years! There has been no issues during the 11 years! Recently I went to Pearle Vision at Westbrook Mall for my prescription glass! Sean, Melita, and Oge did an excellent job and got me the perfect glasses! Loved my experience with Brenda at Pearle. She took the time to help me find the right frames for my face shape and advise on factors to pay attention to. She was very knowledgeable in the lens styles and able to provide insight and advice on what would work best to accomplish my vision goals. We also went back next day for my husband and received the same level of service and were exceptionally happy. Thank you Brenda for assisting us thoroughly!

I had my eyes examined by Dr. Yasmin Jomaa at Pearle Vision in the Westbrook Mall yesterday afternoon. I recently moved to the area and I chose Pearle Vision Westbrook because of its proximity to me and the glowing reviews on Google. I'm so glad I did! The two you women at the front desk were very friendly and pleasant. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. The one that performed the initial eye tests was very competent and thorough. Dr. Jomaa is great. She's pleasant and explains things well. She thoroughly explained my options to deal with a slight Astigmatism. I will be going back to have my eyes dilated next month because she noted a small anomaly on some of the tests and she wants to get a baseline on it so she can moniter it going forward. I've know this anomaly has been there for quite some time, and I'm not overly concerned, but I appreciate her caution; none of the last 3 optometrists I have seen have been as diligent. Then, I was looked after by Ikoe for my new frames and lenses. She was wonderfull. I felt no pressure and she priced out several options for me. I can't wait to go back to pick up my new glasses. I usually don't write reviews, but I was very pleased with the customer service received from Cindy. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was looking for a pair of glasses for my son and she took the time to share all the options and was extremely thorough. I even ended up getting a pair of glasses for myself as she took the time to make suggestions on a pair that was suited for me. I was not pressured in any way and it was a very enjoyable shopping experience. It's very hard to find good customer service these days so excellent service should be recognized. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I stopped in as the screw in my glasses fell out. They fixed them up and even fixed my nose guards for free. Great, kind service! And a great selection of glasses, which I checked out while I waited. I’ll definitely go back there when I’m in need of new glasses!

All the staff are friendly and experts in their job. From the manager Erin, to the regular staff, Robert and Cindy, and even the part-timers, Zana and Simran. I'm excited to try one of their newest lens design, Varilux Extensee. Great service! I'll definitely recommend to family and friends.

My experience at Pearle Vision in Westbrook Mall was a pleasant experience for me. Cindy was the associate that helped me with finding just the right glasses for myself. She was very professional and her friendly personality made me happy that I came to this location to get my glasses. She helped me make the decision to pick what glasses suited me best.
