I had a great experience at Pearle Vision in North Hill Centre today! Zana was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I came in because the nose pad on my glasses was broken, and Zana kindly helped me replace it. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you so much, Zana! The staff are really nice and kind! They even offered to fix the screw on my old glasses for free, which I really appreciated. The turnaround time for new glasses is also very quick—mine was ready within a week. They also have lots of frame options to choose from. Great experience overall!

While shopping at North Hill Mall I stopped at Pearle Vision after realizing my nose guard fell off on my Maui Jim sunglasses. Luna was the lovely lady that took the time to fix it for me. Job well done 👍
