We’ve now purchased our second set of glasses/sunglasses from Pearle Vision, and once again had a fantastic experience. Rhoda was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through frame options, lens choices, and helped explain everything clearly so we felt confident in our decisions. The manager was wonderful as well (she helped us last time in 2023)—friendly, professional, and clearly committed to excellent customer service. What really stands out about Pearle Vision is both the great selection of frames and the level of care from the staff. They truly take the time to help you find the right fit while also making sure you understand lenses, coatings, and insurance coverage. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality eyewear and exceptional service!

Pearl vision has always been a perfect place for my family's optical requirements. Rhoda Adeosun helped us yesterday for my daughter's glasses. She was very knowledgeable and comprehensive about the lenses and glasses selection. Everyone here is so nice. Rhoda helped me initially with my glasses and even got me water for meditation I needed to take. Truly above and beyond my expectations for care. I had some issues with the thickness of my glasses so I came back and once again everyone was so understanding. I felt really seen and cared for. The manager helped me find new frames but I was bummed to not be able to use my original frames I bought so she suggested polishing the sides. It was perfect you can barely see how thick they are and she totally saved the day. Even after that she encouraged me to try it out and said that they just want me to feel confident.

Had a great experience picking out my frames. The personalized service was a joy. Other customers were also engaged in the process. I've been with them for at least a decade. Great selection and great deals.

I have been coming to this location for several years and have always had a great experience. On my most recent visit, Rhoda helped me and she was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated her friendly attitude. I will definitely continue coming back!

The manager and staff at the Market Mall location were fabulous. I had an issue with my previous set of glasses and they rectified the problem quickly and professionally. Janine made my day today! My glasses and my face ended up having a fight last night. There was no clear winner. My face got stitches, and my glasses were completely broken (the frame, anyway. The lenses were still fine). Both my kids are in the Alberta Winter Games this weekend, and I really wanted to be able to see them clearly. I went to Pearle Vision, fully expecting to wait a week or two. Janine took a look at my frames, told me she had another set, popped my lenses in, cleaned them up, and had me out of there in less than 5 minutes! I was blown away. Not only do I get to watch my kids in HD this weekend, but I only had to make one trip and didn't wait at all. I'll absolutely be going back here when I need glasses again. Thank you, Janine!

I drove 2 1/2 hours just to go to Pearl Vision and their optometrist at Market Mall. They are professional, incredibly helpful, friendly and their prices and products are unmatched. So thankful. Highly recommend.

The service here is outstanding. We had to exchange a pair of eyeglasses and couldn’t make it within the exchange policy time frame. Rhoda was so understanding and gave us a few extra days to bring in the item. She is very attentive, kind and patient throughout the entire process.
