Pearle Vision Edmonton

My husband and I came into Pearl Vision because I had accidentally sat on my glasses and they were literally flat as a pancake! An associate named Angela greeted us warmly and advised us of the possibility of the glasses snapping, if she was to bend them back. She had a positive and friendly demeanor, took her time and we chatted and joked while she went to work. Impressively, she fixed, cleaned, and handed them back to me within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place and her in particular to anyone who is having issues with their glasses. Great experience!!!!

Best customer service ever! The employees at this store are attentive, helpful and polite. Adria in particular was extremely knowledgeable about the product and has an amazing eye when deciding on frame/ styles. Saved me so much time shopping for glasses as I usually am overwhelmed. I loved almost every pair she pulled for me. Will gladly drive across town for my optical needs! Thank you

Highly recommend this as a place to get your glasses! I met Emily at the Edmonton Boat Show where they had a booth and she showcased all these amazing products, she is very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. She helped me check if I had work benefits and helped me arrange a day for me to go into their Kingsway location when I was available where I met her coworker Gina and Manager Adria. Gina greeted us warmly and was super friendly even though it was quite busy there! Adria came out and helped me and my coworker pick out new glasses. She had lots of great ideas and suggestions, is very knowledgeable about the products and took her time answering all our questions. She worked with us to check our benefits and they had a great promo happening! Highly recommend this place to our friends and family and will come back again! We enjoyed talking to all the staff from here and clearly they have a great team of friendly, fun, and knowledgeable people!

Angela is an Angel who not only helped me picking up the best frames from there wide open selections but also customised it to my needs . She is a real gem with a positive energy. Thankyou

Incredible care and service - a slogan of this place is ‘your neighborhood eye care centre’ and it is spot on. The assistant Manager Lisa who helped me was so friendly and kind. She repaired my glasses and fitted them and took great care of them even tho there was a difficult component to adjust. They have a large selection as well. Overall I highly recommend this place!

The best customer service experience I've had shopping for glasses. Gina was knowledgeable and helped me pick out some frames for my fat head. She worked wonders with my insurance. This location has an awesome selection of frames from ray bans to those dumb meta glasses. Great shopping experience 10/10

I have been coming to this location for over ten years. Great selection of frames, friendly service, excellent optometry clinic. I have always been happy with both my eyeglasses and sunglasses, even as my prescription changed over the years.

Exceptional service from the team, especially Adria - she is a true professional, very knowledgeable and helped me to make a right choice of both - frames and lenses. They directly bill Alberta Health Benefits insurance which makes everything so much easier.

Definitely the best experience I have EVER had getting glasses! Both Emily and Jennifer were extremely friendly, HELPFUL, knowledgeable and not at all pushy to sell me things I wouldn’t need. They both explained pros and cons to me about progressive lenses and really helped me make the best decision. Honestly, when I say it was an incredibly positive customer service experience I genuinely mean it! 10/10 and I will only get glasses from them from now on! 😊
