Definitely the best experience I have EVER had getting glasses! Both Emily and Jennifer were extremely friendly, HELPFUL, knowledgeable and not at all pushy to sell me things I wouldn’t need. They both explained pros and cons to me about progressive lenses and really helped me make the best decision. Honestly, when I say it was an incredibly positive customer service experience I genuinely mean it! 10/10 and I will only get glasses from them from now on! 😊

Incredible care and service - a slogan of this place is ‘your neighborhood eye care centre’ and it is spot on. The assistant Manager Lisa who helped me was so friendly and kind. She repaired my glasses and fitted them and took great care of them even tho there was a difficult component to adjust. They have a large selection as well. Overall I highly recommend this place!

I really appreciated the honesty regarding the frames that I chose. Some aged me! And of course I don't want that. Thank you so much for helping me choose the right frame! A shout out to Christine who helped myself and my husband Geoff
