Bailee was very pleasant, informative, and clearly honest in her opinions concerning frame selection. She measured the lens position very carefully leaving me feeling very confident that my glasses will be exactly what I need.

I had issues with my glasses and Kristen at the Pearl Vision Sherwood Park did a great job fixing the problem. She re booked a doctor's appointment and re-ordered new lenses. She helped my wife doing a minor fix on her eyeglasses frame at no charge. Great customer service. I have no problem recommending Pearle vision in Sherwood Park mall.

Fantastic service at Pearl Oo Vision in Sherwood Park! I came in with my sunglasses that had an outward misalignment, and they repaired it for me completely free of charge. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. They fixed the issue quickly and treated me with great care. This is definitely my new go-to place for glasses. Highly recommend — 5 stars!
