If you need glasses , run to Pearl Vision. My husband and I received the best service from Rebecca. I had occasion to interact with a few other employees who were also excellent with customer service. This team worked with me until everything was perfect. We will be sending our friends and family to Pearl Vision.

Very professional and easy to deal with

I’m writing this on behalf of my wife that just went to the Spruce Grove location and was assisted by Sabrina. My wife needed her 4 pairs of sunglasses repaired and Sabrina was very kind, professional and efficient in making the repairs. We will be returning to that location for all our eyewear needs! Highly recommend !

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews. I always liked this business up until now. I booked an appointment for today. I would’ve been on time till a car cut me off and a train stopped me. I decided to call in because I would’ve been 5 minutes late. Sabrina who I spoked too told me if I’m not there 5-10 minutes I would’ve had to reschedule because there were 4 patients behind my schedule. Even after explaining to her I was on the way she was very rude on the Phone and seem to only care about the other patients but not my service. I been coming here for a few years now even with my kids. As of today you won’t have my service. I will find another Eye doctor. And writing this review, Sabrina Will probably be relieved. Edit: nope. She was flat out rude and obviously my service didn’t matter to her. That’s ok .

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Afzal for an eye exam. In my many years, I have not seen an optometrist as thorough as him. He spent adequate time and showed a lot of care. I highly recommend!

I took my elderly parents for their eye test. The doctor and the staff were so supportive and helpful. They maybe my parents feel like family. I made an appointment for myself and the rest of the family.

Sabrina was extremely patient and encouraging while trying on contacts for the first time. She has also been very helpful in answering so many of my questions as this is all new to me! Thanks so much

Would put zero.... long standing patient, but recently they were delisted by Manulife, however failed to inform their customers, just to ensure they get money as my benefits will no longer accept any claims from this location. So now I'm out. Be warned if you have Manulife do not go here. Even if previous claim went through prior to 2023.

Had a great visit with Pearle Vision. Very helpful iwith addressing the cataract that was affecting my vision, all the staff were genuinely very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend their services
