My husband & I visited last week and Sira assisted us right away as soon as we walked in. She asked if we were looking for anything specific and guided us through all the details of our glasses. Even though the store was a bit busy, she still took her time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions and make sure we understood our options. Dr Kim is top notch. He is very thorough in his eye exams with great bedside manners. He was able to answer all my questions while keeping the appointment short and sweet. His receptionist is also very lovely.

Excellent experience again at Pearle Vision Willowbrook. We worked with Zainab to pick out our frames and lenses and she was excellent to deal with. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and stay within our budget. The entire team at Pearle was extremely professional and sincere and we highly recommend them over some of the other retailers. Lenscrafters does not compare to the staff and service at Pearle Vision Willowbrook. This was the third time we purchased our glasses and frames at Pearle and we will be back again. I went to the Langley Pearle Vision the other day to get glasses & they had such a vast selection. They gave me all the time I wanted to narrow down my frame selections & did not rush me. Then Ken, who was helping me, gave me advice on which frame fit me the best; clearly due to his experience and things I was not considering other than how the frames looked on me. He did not pressure me, just gave his professional recommendations so I could avoid frustrations & I was grateful because I was having a difficult time deciding between two frames. I had a wonderful experience there as all the staff was very friendly & I would highly recommend this Pearle Vision in Willowbrook Mall.
