Huge shout out to employee Tria/ Trea! I went in looking for some trial contacts lenses for a surfing day-trip but not ready to commit to a normal size 90 day pack, which costs few hundreds dollar as I normally wear glasses. And she went to the back got me a 10 days pack for free!! Will definitely recommend anybody to come here for any glasses/ vision - related businesses.

From the lovely lady who helped choose and fit my sons glasses, I am sorry I can’t remember her name, she took time and had patience as my son selected all his choices, she explained things clearly and was just great! The service we received at Pearle Vision was amazing. We were given time to explore the eyeglass frames and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. When we made our decision, Carol Anne was so efficient and answered all of our questions. She also was very thorough with the eye measurements which was reassuring. Overall, she made the experience enjoyable and we left feeling like our business was appreciated.

I thought the sales representative was extremely thorough and friendly (she was the sales manager at Hillside Mall location in Victoria). Both my mom and myself were so impressed. We spoke about the experience after and about how great she was. I'd been looking for glasses for quite some time and felt the experience elsewhere to be pushy or rude.
