She has such a warm, upbeat personality super jolly, engaging, and naturally entertaining which immediately put me at ease. What really stood out, though, was her impressive product knowledge. Mona took the time to clearly explain my options without overwhelming me, and she made sure I understood what would actually benefit me rather than just trying to upsell. Her recommendations felt honest and tailored to my needs, which I truly appreciated. Her customer service was exceptional patient, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and guided me toward choices that were both practical and worthwhile. Excellent customer service and an awesome price too. Ordered some new lenses for my sister’s existing frame and when the frame cracked, they kindly offered to substitute the frame at no extra cost. I have ordered several pairs of glasses from the Polo Park location and all of the staff have been delightful to work with. I would highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Pearle Vision. One side of my daughter’s glasses had fallen off, and the staff member "Love"fixed it in seconds, cleaned the glasses, and didn’t charge anything. Super kind, quick, and helpful!
