Had a great experience at Pearle Vision. One side of my daughter’s glasses had fallen off, and the staff member "Love"fixed it in seconds, cleaned the glasses, and didn’t charge anything. Super kind, quick, and helpful!

Mona is such a great salesperson! My husband, my child, and I purchased both glasses and sunglasses, and we had tons of questions since it was our first time buying eyewear in Canada. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in great detail with so much patience. We truly appreciated her assistance and would highly recommend purchasing from her!

I went to the Polo Park location today and after spending 45 minutes trying glasses on, I had the pair I wanted in hand. The salesperson approached me at 5:59 pm telling me they close in one minute—an hour before the mall closes. I asked her if there was time to purchase the glasses, she said no because the systems are already down and that I would have to come back tomorrow. I’m obviously not coming back. She could have told me they were getting ready to close while there was still time to make my purchase, but she probably didn’t want to deal with it and just waited until it was too late. Very unprofessional and I don’t appreciate my time being wasted like this.

Our usual glasses place! Dawn has been helping us for at least the past 4 years! Even in the midst of this year’s extra busy holiday, and even when we went in and there was a lot of people, she never made us feel we were bothering her. She is always kind and helpful. And very informative. She gives good advice on choosing our glasses. Start to finish she has been very consistent. Highly recommend for you to see her if you need your glasses!! Also, Pearle Vision has one of the best selection of frames!

I used to buy a pair of glasses at Pearl Vision every time my work benefits reset, with the lack of service or friendly staff it hasn’t been the same and I can no longer tolerate the low quality staff actually wanting to help. Moving over to Lens crafters where I was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I got in the store.
