She provided accurate information, thoughtful advice, and clear guidance, which made the process of choosing my eyeglasses much easier and more enjoyable. Excellent customer service and an awesome price too. Ordered some new lenses for my sister’s existing frame and when the frame cracked, they kindly offered to substitute the frame at no extra cost. I have ordered several pairs of glasses from the Polo Park location and all of the staff have been delightful to work with. I would highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Pearle Vision. One side of my daughter’s glasses had fallen off, and the staff member "Love"fixed it in seconds, cleaned the glasses, and didn’t charge anything. Super kind, quick, and helpful!
