My family and I have been coming to this Pearle Vision location for years, and the experience is always great. The entire team goes above and beyond to make every visit as comfortable as possible. Sunny, in particular, is our go-to optician! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly amazing at what he does. He always has the customer’s best interest in mind and makes the shopping experience fun with his great sense of humour. 10/10 for both customer service and organization at this Pearle Vision. Highly recommend!

Linda was amazing, keen eye for picking out glasses. Every pair she picked for me was a winner. Very personable. Fun experience shopping for glasses. I was impressed by the measurement device used for the glasses, the level of precision. Haven't seen it at other optical stores before, impressed.

I popped into Pearle Vision just to grab some glasses cleaner for my husband’s Christmas stocking, and Sunny completely made my day! He was hands-down the BEST employee ever — so friendly, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me, even with such a small purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and did it all with the biggest smile. Customer service like that is rare these days, and Sunny absolutely nailed it. Give this guy a raise — I’ll definitely be back because of him!
