The staff member I got was either not very knowledgeable or has very poor customer service skills. Either way we returned our expensive useless product the next day. (Grant Park).

Went to the Grant Park location, and unfortunately I did not get the girls name that helped me but she was great to work with. Left me room to explore the glasses and the helped when I picked them out. She made the experience room and easy. She was also very knowledgeable.

They are not professional and the manager refuses to accept errors that their staff did. Got my prescription glasses wrong and I had hard time to get it right.

Very unhelpful man works there in the morning, more interested in reading a book than assisting the customer.
