Totally out of my expectations! I have a pair of glasses, bought from Japan, and the screw was unfortunately missing and the leg fell apart. Other stores couldn't find the right screw, but Sam from Pear Vision Grant Park said to leave it to him and that he would give me a call. A few days later, Sam left me a message saying my glasses were fixed and ready for pickup. I was ready and happy to pay for the service, but the shop declined to charge me! I was astonished! I never expected the level of service which made me want to go back when I need a new pair of glasses! Thank you for fixing it, Sam!

Went to the Grant Park location, and unfortunately I did not get the girls name that helped me but she was great to work with. Left me room to explore the glasses and the helped when I picked them out. She made the experience room and easy. She was also very knowledgeable.

My husband and kid have both gotten glasses at the pearl vision in the south hill mall (puyallup) Nikoda is the person who’s helped us she is very knowledgeable on all the things including the insurance stuff (which I am not). We will definitely be back!

Kendra was the associate in store that helped me today 03/11/24 at the Winnipeg Grant Park location. I came in having broken my glasses after accidentally getting pulled face first into a hydro meter. I brought my own prescription so only dealt with Pearl Vision and not the Independent Optometrist next door. Kendra was so patient and clarified everything even though I was in a lot of pain and confusion and took a bit of time. Absolutely professional and helpful. She made it so easy and with great advice. My previous pair was also from this location and Hailey was terrific as well at the time. They seem consistent. I will definitely be coming back to this location for sure. 10/10

The frame and lenses were reasonably priced for a physical location. Clean and comfortable. The office staff were polite and helpful. The doctor was friendly and informative. I would recommend to others and plan to return for checkups in the future.

I've been going to this location for years, and I've always had great experiences shopping for and purchasing my glasses. The store has a great selection of designer frames at reasonable prices. On my most recent visit Annie provided me with excellent customer service and helped me find my perfect pair of glasses. I will definitely be back!
