I was assisted by Janet, who was very kind, patient and took the time to clearly explain my insurance coverage, which I truly appreciated. The quality of the glasses is excellent, they fit comfortably, and the whole process was smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

I was assisted by Harshvardhan. He's very accommodating and friendly as he helped me to choose a frame that I will like and at the same time fit my budget. Choosing my frame only took a few minutes because of their good service.

I had a great experience with Harsimar at Pearle Vision today for my contact lens fitting and purchase! She was very calm, patient, informative and friendly — helped me feel more relaxed for my fitting. It was my first time getting contacts and she guided me through the process, gave me tips and was very encouraging the whole time. :)

The associate helping me find my glasses was Harsimar. She was absolutely wonderful! I told her what I wanted and the first pair of glasses that she gave me to try on were one of the glasses that I purchased. She found another pair for me that I also purchased. I usually have a difficult time finding glasses, and have to go to multiple stores. Not this time. Harsimar was very nice, personable, and down to earth! Than you so much Harsimar!! I love how Pearle Vision has the buy one get one free glasses deal going on most of the time.

Some time ago I had an appointment for eye contact lenses. I was assisted by Harsimar who attended to my specific needs. She helped me fit my contact lenses and suggested I take dailies, which helped with my dry eyes. She also offered some of Pearle Vision's deals that I found more affordable compared to other stores. Harsimar made sure I felt comfortable in my contacts and adjusted my prescription accordingly using the experience she has. She was patient, easy to communicate with, and helpful. She also generously provided me with several eye drops to help with my dry eyes as freebies. Harsimar provided great customer service and I appreciated her help with making sure my contact lenses fit my eyes properly. Thank you again Harsimar!

Great experience shopping here with help from Janet! There are other branches of Pearle Vision but the Garden City location has the best customer service. Janet explained the everything including the measurements and made me feel confident that the glasses I got look good! Highly recommend this location and to talk to Janet! :)
